1. Bookings are made with a deposit of £45.00 per person with the total balance due no later than 15th March 2024 (10 weeks prior to the event).

2. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

3. If the balance is not paid by this date (15/03/24) then your booking will incur late payment fees of £10 per person booked.

 

​​4. If the balance is then not paid by the 22nd March 2024 then your booking will be automatically cancelled and you will lose all monies paid.

​​

5. If you wish to cancel after this date (15/03/24) and up to two weeks before the event (10/05/24) you will receive a refund of all monies paid minus the deposit cost of £45.00 per person.

6. If you wish to cancel after the two weeks prior to the event date and up to & including the event start date (10/05/24-24/05/24) you will lose all monies paid.

7. Bookings made after 15/03/24 require balance to be paid within 7 days of e-invoice being issued up to 7 days before the event when full payment will be required at the time of booking.

8. Amendments will incur a £10 administration charge per booking.

​​

9. Cancellations will incur a £10 administration charge per booking and a £5 per person cancellation fee.

​​​

10. If the event is cancelled or postponed for any reason you will have the opportunity to transfer your booking to the next event or receive a refund of monies paid.

​​

11. No person under the age of 16 is permitted to attend without the supervision of an adult.

​​

12. Proof of age may be required for any person looking under the age of 18.
